Jo brings with her over 25 years of experience in the MICE market which she handled when at Four Seasons, the Landmark and at Mandarin Oriental at a regional level and now at JGC for the past 13 years.
She brings with her a “black book” of MICE industry contacts which Jo has built up over the years and continues to add to. Her knowledge of the MICE business is extremely helpful to hotels looking for expertise in this field.
She is extremely, passionate, creative and highly efficient and works with each of our hotel partners to think of creative ways to deliver unique MICE experiences as well as keeping them abreast of the latest MICE trends. She is part of a number of industry groups and has developed deep and meaningful relationships which ensures Jo’s success in building group business is met.
Jo’s experience with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, regional sales for Mandarin Oriental as well as Director of Sales for Mandarin Oriental London, means she has a comprehensive understanding of the luxury 5-star market not only the MICE and corporate markets but the strategies that support their success.
